Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • This home exterior is monitored by a security camera: there is one camera near the top of the garage near the back deck monitoring the parking area only. The camera is not pointed toward any interiors or decks.
  • This home does not have direct river access. Crossing through the yard is not permitted. River access is located at the bridge that leads into the community.
  • AWD/4WD and potentially chains may be needed to access the home in times of snow or ice.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Hidden Heaven is pet friendly and allows one mature and well trained dog per visit with an additional pet rent of $25 per night. (Note: Maximum pets according to property data is 99, but listing restricts to one dog.)
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home or on the property.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (maximum 14 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Pet rent is $25 per night for one mature and well trained dog.
  • Firewood may be added with notice of at least 7 nights prior to arrival. One-night packages are $25 and provide 2 wrapped bundles of split logs and a Firestarter.

  • Parking can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • Kitchens are well stocked with utensils and cooking basics, including stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and high-speed internet.
  • A "starter set" of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
